Krishwaha Technology LLP is an IT and Digital Services company providing Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Business Consulting, and Technology Solutions.

2. Employment Policy

  • All employees shall be appointed based on an official Appointment Letter.

  • Employment probation period: 3–6 months.

  • Confirmation of employment will be based on performance.

  • The company may change roles or responsibilities as required.


3. Working Hours Policy

  • Office timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Working days: 6 days per week

  • Sunday and declared holidays will be off.

  • Work From Home may be provided based on requirement and approval.


4. Attendance & Leave Policy

Leave Types

  • Casual Leave – 12 days per year

  • Sick Leave – In case of medical need

  • Emergency Leave – Subject to approval

Leave Rules

  • Leave must be approved in advance.

  • Salary deduction may apply for absence without notice.


5. Salary & Payment Policy

  • Salary will be paid between the 5th and 10th of each month.

  • Payment mode: Bank Transfer / UPI

  • Tax deductions will be applied as per government regulations.


6. Employee Code of Conduct

Employees must:

  • Not disclose company confidential information.

  • Behave respectfully with colleagues and clients.

  • Avoid misuse of company resources.

  • Maintain discipline at the workplace.


7. Data & Confidentiality Policy

  • Company data, client information, and project details must remain confidential.

  • Employees are prohibited from sharing company data even after leaving employment.


8. Performance Policy

  • Performance reviews will be conducted every 6 or 12 months.

  • Promotions and increments will be performance-based.


9. IT & Asset Usage Policy

  • Company-provided laptops, software, and other resources are to be used strictly for official purposes.

  • Any illegal activity using company assets will lead to disciplinary action.


10. Termination & Resignation Policy

  • Employee resignation notice period: 30 days.

  • Company termination notice period: 15–30 days.

  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious misconduct.


11. Workplace Behavior Policy

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • All employees are entitled to a safe work environment.


12. Conflict of Interest Policy

Employees must not engage in private work with company competitors or clients without prior company approval.


13. Remote Work Policy

Work From Home conditions:

  • Manager approval is mandatory.

  • Timely work updates must be provided.


14. Amendment Policy

The company reserves the right to modify policies from time to time.
